One of the first questions we get from event planners and couples: “What does a restroom trailer rental actually cost?” The honest answer is that pricing varies — but this guide gives you a clear framework for what to expect.

Starting Price

Go Time Rentals restroom trailers start at $1,200 for a single-day rental. That base rate includes delivery within our standard service area, setup and leveling, and pickup after your event.

What Affects Your Final Quote

Several factors move the number up or down:

Trailer Size

• 2-Station — starting range, ideal for up to 100 guests
• 3-Station — mid-range, up to 250 guests
• 5-Station — upper range, up to 400 guests

Larger trailers cost more because they require more transport, more setup time, and more water/waste capacity.

Rental Duration

Single-day events are the standard. Multi-day rentals (construction sites, extended festivals) are priced differently — usually at a lower per-day rate when you book 5+ days.

Distance and Access

Deliveries outside our core service area — or to venues with difficult access (narrow farm lanes, soft ground) — may add a small logistics fee.

Attendant Service

For longer receptions or events where you want someone monitoring and restocking supplies throughout, we offer staffed attendant service. This is popular for weddings where no one wants to think about the restroom situation at all.

No matter what trailer you book, every Go Time Rentals rental includes:

• Professional delivery and setup
• Fresh water or connection to venue supply
• Full cleaning and detailing before delivery
• Supplies: soap, paper towels, toilet paper, air freshener
• Pickup and waste disposal

You don’t need to source anything or coordinate any logistics — that’s our job.

What’s Not Included

We don’t charge for basic supplies or standard setup. Extra costs that can apply:

• Extended mileage beyond service area
• After-hours delivery or pickup (before 7am / after 7pm)
• Attendant staffing (quoted separately)
• Dump/water service for multi-day long-term rentals
