How quickly can you turn around a booking for a private event?: For most special events, we need at least 2–3 weeks notice. For larger events or peak season weekends, book earlier to guarantee availability.
What size trailer works for a 150-person gala?: We recommend the 3-Station trailer for events up to 250 guests. For events with heavy cocktail hour traffic, sizing up gives your guests a better experience.
Do you deliver to venues and private estates?: Yes — we deliver and set up at any accessible location: private estates, parks, vineyards, event venues, and more. We just need a clear path to the placement area.
