Can you deliver to venues inside Washington DC?
Yes — we deliver to venues within DC proper. Permitting and parking logistics vary by neighborhood, so we factor that into our advance planning. Give us your venue address and we'll confirm feasibility.
Do you serve Prince George's County?
Absolutely. Prince George's County is one of our most active service areas. We cover everything from College Park and Bowie to Upper Marlboro, Greenbelt, and Oxon Hill.
What about Montgomery County?
Yes — we serve Montgomery County including Rockville, Bethesda, Silver Spring, Gaithersburg, and surrounding communities. Note that some Montgomery County parks have specific utility hookup requirements — let us know your venue and we'll plan accordingly.
How early do you need access to the event site?
We typically need 2–3 hours before guest arrival for setup, leveling, and connection. For DC venues with loading restrictions, we'll coordinate arrival time with your venue directly.
